Our Story
Macaria's Kitchen started from a simple love for authentic Ilocano food. Growing up in Ilocos, the aroma of freshly made longganisa was a staple in our home — garlic-rich, meaty, and made with care using recipes passed down through generations.
When we moved to the city, we realized how hard it was to find longganisa that tasted like home. The ones in supermarkets were different — too sweet, too processed, too far from what we grew up with. So we decided to make our own.
Every batch is handcrafted with real garlic, premium pork, and natural intestine casing. No preservatives, no shortcuts, no compromises. Just authentic Ilocos longganisa the way it's meant to be.
We produce fresh batches every week in small quantities to ensure quality. Each piece is made with the same care and attention as if we were making it for our own family — because that's exactly how it started.
