Terms & Conditions

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We process orders in weekly batches with a Friday cutoff. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the next week's batch.

Pricing

Prices are in Philippine Pesos and are subject to change without notice. Delivery fees are separate and determined by the delivery provider.

Payment

We accept GCash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers via PayMongo. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for Lalamove deliveries with an additional handling fee.

Delivery

Delivery is handled by Lalamove, GrabExpress, or a customer-arranged courier. Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by the delivery provider.

Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before processing begins (before Saturday). Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer accepted. Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Product Quality

Our longganisa is delivered frozen. Please store in the freezer upon receipt. We are not responsible for product quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
